Using the site
They Sent It is a free, public catalog of marketing emails that brands sent to our own subscriber addresses. Anyone may browse it without an account. You may use what you find here for research, reference and commentary. You may not copy the catalog in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, resell it, or use it to send unsolicited email. Creating an account is optional; if you create one, keep your sign-in to yourself and use the site lawfully.
The emails shown here
Every email on this site was sent by the brand named on its page to an address we subscribed. We show them as they arrived, so that people can see how brands use email. The emails, logos and product images belong to the brands that sent them. We do not claim ownership of them, and showing an email here does not mean the brand endorses They Sent It. Counts, send times and platform labels describe only the emails our addresses received; they are not a brand's complete history.
Brand owners and copyright
If you own or represent a brand and want an email or a page changed or removed, use the brand owners page or email [email protected]. We act on removal requests promptly. To report copyright infringement, send a notice to our designated agent at the address listed on the About page, including the material you believe infringes, where it appears on this site, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that every email, number or label is complete, current or correct, or that the site will always be online. To the extent the law allows, Unlensed is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on what it shows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
